About This Course

Helping Hands is designed to provide the “forgotten” children whose young lives have been turned upside down for whatever reason, with the same opportunity as any other child. At Beyond the Dream we believe that the desire to help children with disabilities is a very human characteristic. We emphasize their ability, not their disability. Compassion has a human face and those who incorporate it into their lives allow themselves to become more human or humane, while they help others, less fortunate than themselves.

We choose to focus on the individual child and the challenges they may face.
